How Your Orders are Shipped


Orders are normally shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday). We download our daily run of orders about 8 a.m. ET. UPS picks up from our warehouse about 2 p.m. ET, and the U.S. Postal Service picks up at 4 p.m. ET.

The shipment methods available will be displayed when you check out. The cost and delivery dates are included, so you can choose the most cost-effective method that meets your schedule. Note that some methods will not be available in all areas.

If an item is out of stock, we will hold your order one or two days if we expect the item will be available in that time. Otherwise, we will ship the rest of the items on your order only. We do not charge you for items until they ship from our warehouse. We will contact you regarding the out of stock item so you can choose to reorder at a later date or have us create a backorder for the item. Backorders will ship as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse. Actual shipping costs apply to all backorders.

Orders Shipped within the United States


For orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states, we offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, and USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.

Orders Shipped Via UPS:
UPS offers guaranteed delivery dates on its UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air services. The delivery date and cost for each of these options will be displayed when you check out. UPS Ground service is the most economical, while the express services offer earlier delivery at higher costs. Please note that the delivery dates at checkout reflect our next-business-day-shipping and UPS time-in-transit calculations. UPS does not count the day that the order is picked up, or weekend days, as days in transit. So, for example: an order using 3-Day Select service that is placed on Thursday will ship on Friday (the next business day), and will be delivered on the following Wednesday (having been in transit on the three business days of Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).

Orders Shipped Via USPS Priority Mail:
USPS Priority Mail shipments have transit times that average from two to four days. Depending on your shipping address and the size of your order, USPS Priority Mail can be a more economical shipping option than UPS Ground service. However, USPS Priority Mail does NOT guarantee delivery dates. While most packages delivered via USPS Priority Mail arrive within four days, delivery times up to nine days have occurred. We cannot be responsible for delays in USPS Priority Mail shipments.

Orders Shipped Outside the United States


Orders to Canada can be placed directly on our web site. Orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail; rates are based on the weight of the order, and will be displayed on the shopping cart pages.

Orders outside the United States and Canada can be placed by e-mail. If you are interested in placing an international order, contact our customer service team by e-mail at info@wholesale-linens.com. Please include the item numbers, item descriptions, price, color or size options, and quantities. Let us know the full shipping address and we will send a quote for your approval before proceeding with the order. Our quote will include order total, shipping costs, time in transit and payment instructions. We prefer PayPal for payment on international orders, and will send you a link for payment once you have confirmed the order and chosen your shipping option by e-mail. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
