What is the order minimum?

Our minimum order is $50.00 each time you order at wholesale prices. If you wish to order items at less than the $50.00 wholesale minimum, all items are available at retail prices with no minimum on our sister website www.embroiderthis.com. As a registered wholesale customer, Items from our retail website www.embroiderthis.com can be combined with wholesale orders from www.wholesale-linens.com for shipping purposes only, but cannot be combined for the purpose of reaching the wholesale minimum order value of $50.00.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, your purchase did not meet your requirements or expectations, you may return any item in new condition within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked! Simply send the item (s) back to us at:

Please include a copy of your sales receipt so we can reference your order. When we receive the items, we will issue a credit to the card (or Paypal account) that you used to pay for your order.

Please note the following important limits of our return policy:

We cannot issue refunds for returns received after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Special order or special priced items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned.
Returns in excess of $300 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We encourage you to test a sample item for specific embellishment technique. We cannot accept returns of items that have been altered (including washing) from their original condition.

Can you Monogram or Embroider on these items for me?

Sorry, we are the leader in providing machine embroidery blanks and blank items appropriate for further embellishment by screen print or imprint, but we do not provide any embellishment services. We are happy to ship your purchase to the location of your choice, including a professional embroiderer. Check your local yellow page listings under "embroidery" to locate an embroidery professional in your area.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No, You will not be charged sales tax if you have a valid Resale Certificate and have Registered as a wholesale customer on our wholesale-linens.com web site.

What payment terms do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payment. We do not charge your credit card until the items have been shipped from our warehouse. You may also pay by check or money order. (See Can I pay by check or money order? above.) We do not offer extended payment terms.
